midterm-checklist

Throughout this semester in UNIV 150 my writing has really improved.  For my midterm I had to write an essay while being timed, which was exactly like the writing placement test.  For the writing placement test I did not pass which is the reason why I am taking UNIV 150.  However, the midterm shows how I improved this semester.  I managed to pass my midterm with a score of 100.  I feel what made me improve was the fact I kept writing essays and realized the mistakes I made with each essay.  From there I would try to not repeat tho mistakes so the flow of my essay would improve.  The main problem I had in the beginning of the semester was my shift in point in view.  I would easily switch from third person to second person and not realize it.  Now that I improved I can see that my essays fit together now and it flows better for the readers.  My plans to improve more is to keep analyzing my mistakes and take time to make my essays sound better.  One way I want to make my essays better is to expand my vocabulary so I won’t be repetitive with the words I use.  Along with that I also plan to improve the speed of my writing to prepare me for the final exam.  If I manage to improve
