My Social Media Persona!

For my chosen social media platform, I’ve decided to use Instagram since it’s the main social media platform that I use to capture and show people who I am and what I like through a photography lens. My approach behind this persona expands from a variety of perspectives that all cater towards my love for sports. The Kyler Murray picture (top left) illustrates my love for the NFL player and my passion for making sports edits on Instagram entirely. I find that whether it’s a post or a collaboration on a similar edit, it creates a special opportunity for my supporters and close friends to interact with one another through having a shared love for football and for the player. The second picture (top right) is a Devon Witherspoon NFL jersey. This picture illustrates my favorite NFL team, the Seattle Seahawks. This photo describes who I am on the internet and in real-life when talking about being a committed sports fan. The player, Devon Witherspoon, is one of my favorite present-day players on the team and I’ve always been a fan of the 90s Seattle Seahawks throwback uniforms. my favorite uniform the team wears. The picture below (bottom left) is a representation of my love for sporting accessories. I love having the excuse to wear sunglasses anytime I’m outside in the sun. However, most recently, I’ve developed a crazy addiction for sporting shades. I’ll wear sporting shades just about anytime I’m outside, whether it’s for casual use or if I’m doing activities such as biking or running. Since becoming fascinated with the style of the shades, it is another representation of my stylish things that just so happen to have a sports connection to them. Lastly, the photo on the bottom right (the sneakers) describes my obsession with the Asics sneaker brand. Similar to the sporting shades, Asics is one of my favorite sneakers to wear casually and for running. The style and colorway of the sneaker shows people my love for designs that are different from the typical sneaker. I like to describe it as simple, but fun. Although these photos don’t have captions, I’ve always felt as though they stood out on their own because of the details that are made visible. It tells its own story. My approach has always been to tell a little bit about myself, what I like, when pertaining to a sports related viewpoint all my social media handles.
