This course teaches us about Windows-related tools and techniques that are used to configure, manage, and implement Windows and its security-related features. This class also, through a variety of software tools, teaches us how to install, configure, manage, and secure Windows client and server operating systems, as well as related networking environments. Additionally, this course goes over in great detail how to mitigate malware threats, identify security issues through auditing and the Advanced Threat Analysis feature in Windows Server, secure virtualization platforms, and use new deployment options to enhance security.

At the end of this course we are expected to write a 6-8 page research paper on a topic Windows-related and something we learned from this course. **That research paper will be posted on this page when that paper is finished towards the end of this semester**
