CYSE 368 Internship – Summer 2025

During the Summer 2025 term, I completed a 150-hour internship at Intellidyne LLC as a Tier 1 IT Help Desk Technician. This opportunity allowed me to apply classroom knowledge in a professional environment, work directly with government users, and grow in both technical and communication skills. My responsibilities included Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, VPN configuration, BIOS updates, account creation, and remote support. I worked with tools like Active Directory and ServiceNow while collaborating with a talented and supportive team.
