I chose this meme mainly because it made me chuckle. I’m posting this submission pretty late, but around the time it was assigned, we were still learning pretty heavily about the various biomolecules and how they come together to form macromolecules, etc. (if I remember my timeline correctly). Additionally, I have a fairly witty sense of humor and tend to be a sucker for a decent pun or “dad joke.” That being said, when I came across this particular meme, it felt like it fit just right for my submission. Lastly, having a connection of humor to learning can aid in memorization processes- just like the use of mnemonic devices! So, that being said, I feel like this meme is a nice representation of memorizing biological elements through humor, which is probably one of the most fun ways to learn.
