For this weeks blog, I conducted a brief insightful interview with my executive penpal, Christopher A. Kidd, about his road to covering the Seattle Seahawks professionally as a co-host on the podcast Seahawks Man 2 Man with official Seahawks beat reporter and writer Michael-Shawn Dugar of the Athletic. When brainstorming what type of questions I wanted to ask Chris, I decided that it was important to ask questions that was tied to the developmental stages of his path. I felt it was instrumental to understand the type of foundation that he built for himself and the type of connections that he made from the beginning to get to where he is today. Through understanding and grasping all the information Chris was kind enough to share with me, I remain confident and hopeful in my ability find and make the needed connections, as well as obtain the type of equipment needed to podcast sports at a professional level if I decide it’s something of my personal interest in the future.
