Other components of a business research and development plan, human resources, legal department, customer service, and supply chain management. The supply chain management fit into the organization involves with planning, sourcing and providing products to consumers. The human resources provide the structure and support to the company goal. Human resources create policies, responsible for developing for the organization. Also, human resources develop training, assessments to ensure its employees are meeting the organization expectations. Have the ability to hire and fire employees. The legal department fits in the organization by ensuring an organization is in compliance. The customer service fit in the organization to ensure customers receive the best customer service. The research and development fits in the organization finding knowledge to the company operations. IT fit in the organization the only way an organization can operate effectively is to have IT. 

The roles of IT are considered the first line of support for technical support within a company agency. The responsibilities to troubleshoot hardware and software issues within the company. To protect the companies IT infrastructure from cyber threats. 

How should IT be organized by identifying each function of IT development, support and cybersecurity. Create a structure for each role in IT. Create a chart show each role and description of each position in IT. Communicate with the employees and continually to maintain systems to ensure all systems are efficient working to the company’s expectations. If an IT is organized in this manner I feel as IT department will prevent cybersecurity threats against the company.
