This class is the introduction to learning about networking and the Internet protocol stack. I learned about topics such as:

• Security protocols
• Vulnerabilities
•  HTTP, DNS, and BGP protocols
• Basic overview of wireless communications and
• The introduction to cryptography

 This class helps me in what I want to accomplish in my profession as a cybersecurity threat analyst or insider threat analyst with topics about cyber threats and defense strategies. This class also really taught me valuable skills along with soft skills such as attention to detail and critical thinking, skills that are necessary to have in my career field.
