My job in the military was a “psychological operations sergeant” which involved interacting, communicating and analyzing with many of the indigenous populous in different areas. below is a report I did for the army on cross-cultural negotiation and a report that analyzes the culture of a specific area

Skill 4: Leadership

During my time in the military I participated in an official leadership course to learn how to properly lead and become a Sergeant.

These are many group briefings that I completed in my time in the military. It involved coordinating quickly and effectively to finish the project at hand, as I was progressing through my military career I was forced into many leadership opportunities in order to grow.
Artifact 3: Sgt In the Military
This is my promotion document to Sergeant. This put me in charge of a teams of 3-5 people. I was responsible for training, managing and leading them through various missions and also taking care of there logistics as well.
