The degree I am currently going for is for Cyber Risk Management. With my experience in the Coast Guard, at Poe Enterprises, and throughout my educational journey, I am hoping to manage network security. A remote job would be the best, though I understand there is a level of hands-on involvement necessary.
Being that I have done work at all levels of the information systems world, I feel I have a great insight into how to better design a network for a more secure, efficient, and productive environment. From pulling cables, troubleshooting basic networking issues, installing cabinets, to programming switches and routers, managing users and groups, and operating network traffic up to the Top Secret level, I think I can bring a wide range of experience and insight to whatever employer I face.
