AI SAVES THE DAY
today in my review, I will be talking about digital criminal investigations in the error of artificial intelligence these article has an abundance of different sources, and it starts off with a great abstract, and some good keywords, which are digital investigation, artificial intelligence, legal framework, digital evidence and law-enforcement it touches on things, such as artificial intelligence methodologies being employed by law-enforcement, and how they are a strict compliance with establish legal framework it also goes in depth about research methodology. It also talks about how AI plays a crucial role in identifying potential criminal activities and their location, analyzing past incidents to anticipate the future patterns, analyzing visual data for suspects, identification and examining recorded audio data to detect manipulated vocal elements and predict future criminal involvement. I think this article goes perfect with the social science principles, because not only does it tells you how to prevent certain things from happening, using artificial intelligent, but it also informs you how important it is to have artificial intelligence to prevent from cyber crimes, I feel like this is a great source for anybody who wants to really make this their career and specialize in artificial intelligence. One method they used was natural language processing models known as( NLP). NLP model specializes in natural language processing analyzing text data from various sources including chat records, emails, and social media posts it processes in extensive natural language text data from the Internet to extract relevant information. Also the digital investigation phase poses several challenges including data, volume fragmentation, compression, encryption, cyber security, threats and legal and privacy issues. Investigators, prosecutors and police officers must analyze substantial data sets that often require artificial intelligence activities and tools for data decoding encryption key retrieval.
CONCLUSION
In all I think this article is a good article to read it tells you about the mini mini problems around the world with cyber crimes and how we use artificial intelligence to prevent those cyber crimes and actually figure out who’s doing cyber crimes whether is decoding the voice detect is actually hearing the real voice or going through their text messages and see who they’ve been contacting with him doing business with this article is not only a good article to read, but it’s a article that you can learn from. This article is about cybercrime, in Indonesia, compared to cybercrime in the US talks about
employing a secondary qualitative research design to reveal end needs a cyber crown,
legislations requirements and amends and lags behind advancements but in contrast, the US
has developed a effective cyber security system which dedicated agencies such as department
of homeland, security, other known as DHS and federal Bureau of investigation also known by
the FBI it offers insights for legal experts and law enforcement agencies to enhance laws and
strategies for addressing cybercrime issues. The study acknowledges research limitations and
provides future implications in the concluding section. I feel like this article goes perfect with the
principles of social science, because not only is it talking about the crimes going on but it’s
telling you how to prevent them it has studies to back up their hypothesis. It also gives you the
names of the agencies and it tells you what they do. it states that the data was gathered from
primary sources such as laws, rules, legislation and case laws pertaining to cybercrime in the
USA, Indonesia these primary sources offered crucial insights into legal aspects and police
procedures. Additionally, secondary sources, including journal articles, books, literature,
reviews, relevant textbook, chapters and other academic materials were utilized to complement
the study alongside primary sources academic inquiries into cybercrime issues and
law-enforcement perspectives were facilitated through diverse online platforms like West law
JST or Lexis, Wiley Internet, and other reputable sites that’s just one of the research method
use this topic relates to the challenges and concerns and contributions of marginalized groups
because not only is it talking about people in the United States but it’s talking about in
Indonesia, where most cybercrime happens nine times out of 10 when you get a scam call it’s
it’s from somebody in Indonesia, or in Asia these are the main areas where there are scams
going on. This article is telling you ways to avoid, and no, when he cybercrime attacks or scams
or happening, and not only how to stop them, but to prevent them from happening again.
