This paper highlights the Transport team’s efforts in resolving complex website access issues across Nautilus environments by addressing DNS failures, certificate errors, and routing misconfigurations. Through testing multiple connection types and refining routing tables, the team improved network reliability and reduced access disruptions. Collaboration with site administrators and strategic troubleshooting led to restored access for critical services and more efficient problem resolution. Overall, these efforts strengthened system performance and positioned the team for continued operational success in a secure, evolving network environment.
