Most polar bears have a hard time getting food for themselves, because as the climate changes it makes it harder for them to breathe when hunting for their meals. When ice is nearby, it makes it easier for the bears to obtain their food because the swim distance is shorter.<\/p>\n<p>Choosing the polar over the other animals affects the evidence because these individuals are not able to adapt to climate changes as well as the others. For example, polar bears are not able to adapt to dry weather like snakes. A snake would be a poor choice because it can adapt to warm, dry weather; whereas a polar bear cannot.<\/p>\n<p>The National Wildlife Federal account of climate change differs from other accounts. The main reason is due to the fact that many people do not realize how important global warming really is. Most believe that since we cannot see the physical damaging it is doing to the earth; it is not affecting us.<\/p>\n<p>Thinking about climate change made me realize not only is it hurting us as humans but also the animals. Due to these sudden temperature changes it is causing animals, like the polar bears to keep their habitats. When they lose their homes, they basically lose everything. They have no source to obtain food which eventually results in their death, and a decrease in the polar bear population. This causes the polar bear population to become endangered and later extinct.<\/p>\n<p>Learning about this article helped me to know more about these individuals, and how important their homes are for them to survive.
