I believe that the right approach toward the development of cyber-policy and cyber-infrastructure due to the \u201cshort arm\u201d predictive knowledge would be simply consistency. What I mean when I say consistency is being consistent with teaching and educating employees and having constant evaluations on everything. Being consistent with things can go a long way in many aspects of life and I believe it can work in this scenario as well. Providing constant and regular training and adapting to everything as it presents itself can go a long way. What happened yesterday can be different than what can happen today and not everything goes as planned so being able to adapt to different situations as well is also another tool that should be highlighted and taken advantage of when implementing a new policy or infrastructure. I also believe not only regular maintenance is essential but also utilizing the new advancements in technology and frameworks could also be huge and beneficial when implemented and used properly. Keeping regular upkeep of the systems and regular updates are very important and something so tedious may seem small but having everything up to date and properly functioning is huge for the safety and regular operation of things. Another thing I believe can be very beneficial is employee and customer feedback. At the end of the day, the employees and customers are the main people using and affected by the policies and infrastructure and the organization as a whole. With proper feedback, we can analyze and adjust things properly to help ease and protect the employees and users who are directly affected. Communication is key and with the proper feedback, we can be able to take action and lessen the vulnerabilities even more.
