Depending on your budget will affect the main setup you will decide to go with but with every set up there will be maintenance and tutorial sessions that need to be set in place for proper upkeep and use of the systems. It is very important to make sure the program is being set up and used correctly. Then properly updating the system to make sure it is up to date.
