My name is Raphael Olfato. \u00a0I am a freshman here at Old Dominion University graduating in 2020. \u00a0My hobbies involve playing golf and powerlifting. \u00a0I definitely play a lot of golf and lift weights to relieve stress from college. \u00a0I selected my major to be Mechanical Engineering and so far it has not changed. \u00a0I was heavily influenced by my father who studied in Electrical Engineering before he came her toe the United States. \u00a0My transition into college was a little tough considering that my semester was full of studying and sleepless nights doing homework. \u00a0However, I wasn’t too overwhelming, \u00a0I managed to adjust and accept the sacrifices I have to make. \u00a0Furthermore, my goal within these four years is to make sure I accomplish my goals and become successful. \u00a0As a result I want to use my hard work to pay back my parents for everything they’ve done to get me a college education.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
