It shows a good example of information of information asymmetry, the higher ups are the ones who know of the breach and not the public eye. It also show bad reputation from the company responsible for the data breach. Both of these involve economics as they would directly affect commerce if they were leaked out. Secondly to address the social science theory, Cognitive dissonance could happen from the distrust in the company and it still having to do work for them may cause discomfort and alarm for the employees and even customers if it leaks out. And a great last pic is social identity theory from what I learned in high school. It means a data breach can effect ones social impact or social status in a group. Having your information leaked like that will effect your life is a malicious source wanted to gain that information.
