It is something that could change the outcome of an event that could affect thousands, even millions of others. For money, it makes sense. Especially in the world we are in today, people strive to be rich. That&#8217;s also why I placed recognition one lower, because money and recognition are usually tied together, like one of the articles linked in the PowerPoint. Having money can help you be recognized. I placed multiple reasons at #5 because truly, there can be many factors that drive people to make the decisions to be a cyber criminal. I think it deserves to be in the middle, because some of those reasons may make sense, others may not. For curiosity, I can understand to a degree. Someone would want to test their limits, or see just how secure a system is. They also may not be aware that what they are doing is a crime. However, for boredom and entertainment, I cannot understand the logic behind it.
