Oftentimes, opinions are used in many ways. It can bias research, reviews, and decision making. With empirical data, it would benefit businesses looking for the most effective software to use for cyber protection. Analyzing that data without a bias can show a clearer picture to what works and what doesn&#8217;t, and can be the decision maker between changes in policy or procedures.
