By taking a look at different disciplines, I was able to identify similarities and differences between them. I then used this information to further break it down in my lesson plan and used my creativity to create actual lessons for the students to fit that topic. This assignment showed the importance of creating a familiar environment and connecting to students. <\/p>\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/student.wp.odu.edu\/nfarl002\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/36495\/2024\/06\/Culturally-Sustaining-Pedagogy.pdf\" class=\"pdfemb-viewer\" style=\"\" data-width=\"max\" data-height=\"max\"  data-toolbar=\"bottom\" data-toolbar-fixed=\"off\">Culturally-Sustaining-Pedagogy<br\/><\/a>\n<p class=\"wp-block-pdfemb-pdf-embedder-viewer\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Classroom and Behavior Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In this Classroom and Behavior Management course, I developed skills in conflict resolution, communication, and critical thinking. When leading a classroom you tend to juggle a multitude of different problems and personalities. I was given a collection of student data and had to organize and analysis it submitting a report afterward.
