This essay focused on the benefits of exercise and how it is beneficial to our health. My thesis was basically just the claim of exercise being a beneficial factor to someone’s health and in what different ways health is affected. The three main points that targeted my topic were through physical, mental, and emotional health. I used research sources that were specific to each topic and used them as their sort of baseline. Some components of each topic included diseases and physique for the physical aspect, depression and drugs for the mental aspect, and then stress for the emotional aspect. I then finished off my essay by summing up all of my main points, restating the thesis, and concluded it with a significant large-scale effect of exercise.
