In weeks 5-10, I think I made the majority of my progress. I think I have made the most progress with my work ethic and just personal growth. I am able to accept responsibility for my work and doing my homework, also bettering my time management. I sort out when i should do homework and not to rush it all in one night. In my writing I am starting to understand my errors. In the first weeks of the semester I was not sure of how to fix my errors and was not sure as to prevent them. I still have some trouble but I think I have a better understanding of preventing or if i do make them how to correct them. At the end of the summer I am confident that I will be 100% a better writer. Writing is not my strong suit at all especially not when it comes to the mechanics of it. The editing skills checklist is definitely a helpful technique to understanding your writings when it comes to not only the mistakes, but also your strengths. I think the column that highlights your strengths in the editing skills checklist is helpful, because I have always been discouraged about my writing especially in essay 1 and the midterm. As of lately understanding my errors and how to fix them playss a big part in me growing as writer and not just hating my writings.
