When i first came to college i did not expect many difficulties between writing style formatting between classes. The formatting between certain classes have different requirements. These differences were mainly scene in public speaking, understanding the European past. The writing style that i was most used to was the style used in writing as it had the most familiar format. This was because it used the old high school format of a five paragraph essay. For my public speaking class the writing requirement were less strict in one way while being more strict in another. This was mainly because the format stopped at the outline but the research requirements were harsher. The formatting was left to dots and bullets while the research needed citations for every paper that required outside knowledge. While what made the history papers different was that they were based on of our own analysis of the books we read. This often made me write down some basic ideas and then refine them. I refined them by finding more information that applied to what i was writing about. These three classes all had differences across the writing requirements that all required me to have different process of creating papers for each class
