Cyber criminals appear to have more control over themselves. We excuse their crimes by assuming that they don’t physically injure anyone. Criminals have been given additional opportunity to utilize this gap for benefit from the idea of viewing cybercrimes differently from regular crimes. Finally, the necessity to change cyber laws is really vital. In order to safeguard our communities and our society against malicious assaults, we must alter the mentality of disregarding them as white-collar crimes.
