For more than 20 years, I have participated in a variety of team and individual sports, including judo, soccer, football, volleyball, and folk dance. Throughout these experiences, I have consistently demonstrated a willingness to learn from coaches, accept constructive feedback, and continuously improve my skills. Competing and training across multiple activities has taught me the importance of discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and maintaining a positive attitude when facing challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being a coachable athlete has helped me develop habits that extend beyond sports. I learned how to work effectively with diverse teams, communicate clearly, remain focused under pressure, and adapt quickly to changing situations. Training in judo strengthened my self-discipline, respect, and mental resilience, while team sports such as soccer, football, and volleyball reinforced collaboration, trust, and leadership. Participating in folk dance further enhanced my coordination, cultural appreciation, and ability to perform as part of a synchronized team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
