My parents met in college and eventually got married, so they stress enough to me that it’s\u00a0very important to focus on my grades first and other activities second. At first I wouldn’t listen because I thought they\u00a0couldn’t possibly understand a thing I’m going through. I took some time, but eventually I received some wisdom and decided to\u00a0listen. They know a lot more then I give them credit for. I just wanted to experience things on my own instead being coddled like a child.
