How does cyber technology impact interactions between offenders and victims?

The dynamics of interactions between offenders and victims have been significantly changed by cyber technology, introducing new challenges and challenges to the illegal environment. The rise of cybercrime, in which offenders use digital platforms to target victims across the globe, is one significant impact. Because of the privacy given by the online environment, offenders can operate with no consequences, making it difficult for law enforcement to track and identify them. Victims, on the other hand, are more likely to fall victim to various types of cyber threats, such as identity theft and online harassment. Offenders can use methods in the digital realm to exploit vulnerabilities in security systems, leaving individuals vulnerable to exploitation.
