I think overall cyber attacks are prone to happen to both these countries in the same category of attacks. The U.S and Russia have both been involved in a number of cyber attacks which adds to these cyber attacks as well. The US seems to be increasingly higher in these categories dealing with attacks from within the countries. The U.S is by far the most cyber attacked country among other countries at high rate of 65%. This ranks the U.S as the #1 most attacked country.
