For assignment five we had to complete five acts of kindness. I found that doing acts of kindness daily made me feel better as a person and put me in a good mood. I also learned that it isn’t hard to be kind to other people, whether its holding the door open for someone or giving someone a compliment. It can be done anywhere at any time. I think that my only personal revelation is that there really isn’t enough kindness in the world. In order to change that it has to start with one person and hopefully it will rub off on someone else and then that person will do an act of kindness and the cycle will continue.
