How does cyber technology impact interactions between offenders and victims?

Throughout the years, cyber technology has been evolving in our daily routines. The more developed our cyber technology becomes, the more illegal hackers attempt to breach our systems, resulting in a large number of victims and offenders. Apparently, the number of victims and offenders has been growing by the day. The victim of a crime and the perpetrator of a crime are the two opposing sides of cybertechnology. The victims are usually innocent people who may not expect such things to happen to them. The issue is that we cannot plan for or anticipate these attacks when they occur. The difficult part is that the offender’s location behind a computer screen excludes a lot of different factors. Because these crimes are committed digitally, the perpetrators are unaware that they are committing a crime. However, this is completely false because they tend to cause just as much damage and financial loss. The crimes committed by offenders and victims can differ. Cyber harassment, fraud, digital piracy, sex crimes, and, worst of all, cyberwar are all crimes. Cyberwar offenders may have a serious intent to cause harm to higher powers; this is a major crime that can be committed on a global scale. Cyber harassment is considered a heinous crime that is committed. The person who is involved may suffer significant psychological harm. In my opinion, this is a major crime because someone is being harassed through a computer screen, and it can have some serious consequences. Without realizing it, the consequences of cybercrime can cause massive amounts of damage. Finally, the interaction among both offenders and victims is unseen, making it difficult to determine who is committing this crime; however, various cyber technologies allow us to track these offenders.
