I think the items on the scale are valid and great questions. To some people it really is a form of addiction, spending countless hours scrolling and pushing other important things off. I tend to have moments where I actually deactivate all of my social media accounts for a couple months just to stay grounded and focused. Different patterns are found across the world because every country has different laws and rules it has set in place. Some countries aren&#8217;t even allowed to download certain apps and things.
