Since no one can predict the future cyber security  ethics must be left open ended because nobody knows what kinds of innovations could lead to new ways for hackers and or entities too find loopholes in any kind of set in stone law and protocol used today. If anything there should be a guidelines  used to list certain kinds of crimes that happened today an categorized them based on negative impact to society the more negative the impact to society that the crime is or could be the harsher the judicial sentence should be. Additionally any future cyber policy should give  some serious consideration to the safety of the planet and energy output so that no current environmental challenges are overlooked. Their goal is to stay one step ahead of the criminals and to do this one must try to think like a criminal in order to see what kinds of ways that new innovations could lead to criminals taking advantage of them and trying to use them for their own personal gain. There must be an element of common sense when developing these policies however there will always be someone who figures out how to take something that was used to further the human race and turn it into something evil for their own personal gain or to hurt others around the globe. As far as infrastructure is concerned there is going to be need for much more commercial space to house all of the new networks and companies that are gonna come onto the cybersecurity scene in the near future and in generations to come new innovations will have to take place for the information to be properly stored and protected so that there are no hiccups and the progress made in the realm of cyber security.
