The areas in which I would want to focus and grow in for the NICE Workforce Framework would be in the protect and defend category. I feel as though the most interesting role in the protect and defend category is the Cyber Defense Analysis role. This role uses defensive measures and information collected from a variety of sources to identify, analyze, and report events that occur or might occur within the network to protect information, information systems, and networks from threats. I feel as though this area appeals the most to me because I am good at analyzing data and determining if something is out of the ordinary or out of place. Another area that I feel as though I would be good at is an Exploitation Analyst. Any area that requires looking over data and information is something that I would like to pursue my career in cybersecurity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The area that is least interesting to me is the Oversee and Govern section.
