During my time at ODU, I have built a strong<br \/>\nfoundation in information security, network defense, and risk management,<br \/>\nwhile also gaining hands-on experience through academic projects and internships.<\/p>\n<p>In Summer 2025, I completed an<strong>\u00a0internship<\/strong> at<br \/>\n<strong>Intellidyne LLC<\/strong> as a Tier 1 IT Help Desk Technician, where I<br \/>\nprovided technical support to government users. My responsibilities included<br \/>\ntroubleshooting Microsoft 365, configuring VPNs, updating BIOS firmware,<br \/>\ncreating and managing accounts in Active Directory, and delivering remote<br \/>\nsupport through ServiceNow. This role allowed me to strengthen both my<br \/>\ntechnical and communication skills, while also gaining exposure to working in<br \/>\na government environment under clearance requirements.<\/p>\n<p>I am <strong>CompTIA Security+ CE certified<\/strong> and have experience with<br \/>\npenetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and network monitoring tools<br \/>\nsuch as Wireshark and Nmap. My professional background also includes<br \/>\nhospitality, sales, and project management, which have honed my ability to<br \/>\nwork with diverse teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.<\/p>\n<p>I am passionate about protecting digital systems, solving complex technical<br \/>\nproblems, and continuously learning to stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity<br \/>\nthreats.
