When it comes to cybersecurity the media influences our understanding of it by sometimes over exaggerating how it really is. Like for an example sometimes when people hear the word “cybersecurity” they are quick to think of hackers and hacking people. They don’t think about how there’s professionals in the field that help and watch over systems and networks to keep it safe and prevent hacks from happening. Even though cybersecurity does have something to do with hacking, it’s not just all about hacking. It’s more that goes into it and benefits of knowing the ins and outs of studying cybersecurity.
