When looking at the NICE Framework for Cybersecurity, the category of investigation is the most interesting to me. I have always been interested in the cyber investigation, and that is what made me want to study cybersecurity. Within this category are two main jobs: cyber investigation and digital forensics. Cyber investigation seems to work more hand in hand with law enforcement to solve cybercrimes whereas digital forensics goes into preserving and finding digital crimes. Both jobs interested me the most when looking at the full list of categories. The least interesting category to me is Operate and Maintain. This category goes more into networking and system analysis. While this is a very important part of cyber security, it would also be one of the more technical areas, which is not my strongest suit. Overall I would be happy in any job in Cybersecurity, but especially somewhere in the investigation category.
