The first level is physiological needs which includes food, water, warmth, and rest. I use technology all the time to order food online to meet that need. The second need is safety which is like security. If I ever need to, I can call any emergency number at a moment\u2019s notice if I am in trouble. The third is belongingness which includes intimate relationships and friends. I am always texting and calling my friends on my phone. The fourth is esteem needs which includes prestige and feeling of accomplishment. I like to cook and post pictures online for anybody to see to show how good I\u2019ve done. The last need is self-actualization, which is achieving one\u2019s full potential, including creative activities. I do not think any technology has helped me reach this level of need yet.
