The NICE Framework is a resource that establishes a common ground that describes cybersecurity work no matter where you work at. I would be most interested to working in the implementation and operation of cybersecurity. This area is where I would be doing the actual pen-testing and operating of cybersecurity. The specific role I would love to have is a systems security analyst. After some time I would of course want to move up to the oversight and governance position so I could be some kind of manager or leader in my field.
