Four ethical issues that arise are privacy and confidentiality, security breaches, system implementation, and data. Privacy and confidentiality go hand and hand with health insurance and health offices. These places are not allowed to disclose any information to other people without your consent. They have access to your information so make sure they are using their privileges wisely. Security breaches threaten patient privacy  when information is made public to other users. Security measures must be included to protect individuals private data. System implementation encounters major challenges. These challenges could result in wasted resources or frustrated providers. When two systems are integrated, an interface is created. Integrity makes sure the data is accurate. Loss or destruction of date can occur when transferring data. Identity theft can occur during this process. Also people are given false information that can result in identity theft as well. This results in data inaccuracies.

In the United States, we have made lots of new laws to protect our citizens from cybersecurity risks. Our infrastructure is one of the best in the world. Compared to other countries, mainly Algeria, they have a major percent of their population infected with malware. Ours is only 4.72 percent while theirs come in at a whopping 22.88 percent. They are the worst in the world while the U.S. comes in with the lowest. 27.5 percent of attacks that happen originate from China. Our government is widely making public awareness of attacks grow while other countries like Algeria need to have better public awareness to help cut down on some of these attacks. Also, our legislation is a lot better and more laws have been put in place to stop the spread and attacks. Cybersecurity in Algeria is not very strong as the government does not have many laws for that and also they are a much more poor country so it is hard for the government to keep up with these attacks.
