Over the course of this semester, I can see so much growth in my performance in Univ150. My grades are very good, and the feedback that I have received on my essays has gone from critical to commendable. My first essay grade was an eighty and my last two essays have both been one-hundreds. When I began the semester, I was not very on task. I did not organize and plan for completing my assignments, I just completed work as I went along. I was behind on completing my journals, and I did not take the class very seriously. Most of the reason I felt this way is that I was very ill in January and February, but, by the end of the first five weeks, I was caught up on my work, planning ahead for future assignments, and back on track.

By the beginning of March, I had completed all of my quizzes and was caught up in my regular journals. I had begun to complete the writing exercises that were provided to me to better help me improve on the weakness that was pointed out to me in my writing. I also began referring more to the textbook and using some of the suggestions that I had read. The midterm was a bit challenging for me because it was difficult for me to respond to a prompt in a specific amount of time, but now I am able to develop a well-written response to any prompt at any given moment. I have not yet completed the extra credit assignments, as I am extremely busy with my other final exams, but I intend on doing so.
