The last skill that I will showcase is ethical consideration. The leadership major at ODU is an interdisciplinary study meaning that we have to take multiple classes under different disciplines, one of them being ethics. I think that this is very important for any leader. Being ethical will not only help you be a great leader, but it will also empower you in daily life.

The first assignment showcased is my personal code of ethics. Ethics can be different for each person depending on what they value in life. This assignment showcases my values and what I think is important both as a leader and in daily life.

The next assignment is my learning and actions paper from my ethical leadership class. This paper went over what we learned in our class and how we plan to tie it to our futures. These assignments are important because they not only showcase what you have learned, but also help you you think about how it will apply to your daily life and career.

The last assignment the I am showcasing is my book review on The Leadership Star by Brian Hartzer. This book was important and helped to challenge the way that I think about leadership. It showcased what being an ethical leader is and how to use it in your daily life.
