This page will look at my leadership ability. Throughout my time at ODU I have had a lot of different leadership opportunities, along with different assignments that have showcased and strengthened my leadership abilities. Below you will find three of my assignments that have helped to grow that skill and help to refine my abilities.

The first assignment is my leadership autobiography. This was one of my first assignments in my major and gave me the chance to think about my style and the skills that I already had, before getting into more of my major classes.

The next assignment showcased is my leadership philosophy. This assignment was similar as it gave me a chance to breakdown my leadership, but in this assignment I focused more on how I view leadership and what I believe a leader should be. This was a good assignment for me to see what is important to me and what kind of leader I wanted to be.

The last assignment chosen was my interview with a leader. This assignment was one of my favorites from my college career. I interviewed with my old high school principal, who went on to work with the county school board, and the local library as an executive. This interview gave me a chance to talk on on one with someone that I have looked up to and hope to emulate.
