Sleep habits

Since coming to college I can tell there has been a significant increase in the amount of sleep I get daily. With that being said the hours I do sleep are very coincided to the hours in which I really need to be sleeping. I’ve found myself taking more naps than ever before which I honestly can’t complain about, but it will throw off my sleep process for when it is actually time for me to go to bed. And although after all this sleep I am able to get for myself I still find myself more tired more often than not.
