TV in college

TV in college is something I think I take for granted. I say that because while I do have the opportunity to be catching up with the latest news in society, I’m rather watching Netflix or playing my gaming console. It seems that being at home it was always more convenient to catch a family member or friend watching tv that would be covering recent and live events, but in college it seems that news and knowledge of big broadcasted events just goes unacknowledged and because of that I result in watching Netflix, simply because I don’t know whats going on half the time.
