My academic experience focuses on the study of human movement, performance, and health, while also integrating concepts from research, biomechanics, and exercise science. This interdisciplinary approach has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of how the body functions both in athletic performance and everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through my experiences in athletics and academics, I have developed strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
