I am a student-athlete at Old Dominion University pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. My academic experience focuses on the study of human movement, performance, and health, while also integrating concepts from research, biomechanics, and exercise science. This interdisciplinary approach has allowed me to develop a strong understanding of how the body functions both in athletic performance and everyday life.

Through my experiences in athletics and academics, I have developed strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. Competing at the collegiate level has strengthened my discipline, work ethic, and ability to perform under pressure, while my coursework has enhanced my ability to analyze information and apply it in real-world situations.
