Things such as bank information, addresses, tax information, and personable information are all things that financial accountants, advisors, and institutions need to deal with others money.

When it comes to sharing information via emails a lot of email companies such as outlook, gmail, and yahoo have put an encryption button so that way the users are able to encrypt certain documents making it harder to access them.
