After watching Davin Teo\u2019s TEDx talk at the Hong Kong Salon, I was genuinely inspired by the unique and unexpected direction his career took. Originally trained as an accountant, Teo eventually found his calling in digital forensics\u2014a field that, at the time, was still emerging without a clearly defined path. His story shows how curiosity and flexibility can lead to rewarding careers, even when they start in seemingly unrelated disciplines. His initial shift from accounting to IT, sparked by a simple opportunity to help with network troubleshooting, demonstrates the value of staying open to new possibilities.
