Please locate an article to support your response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leadership does not come from genetics. Great leaders may have had good role models in their lives, such as their parents, but the skill does not come from the moment they are born. Sposato (2024) stated, &#8220;Leadership development programs, mentorship opportunities, and hands-on experience play pivotal roles in shaping individuals into capable leaders.&#8221; Leaders learn to lead through real-life experiences. Leadership theories can only be taught in a simple classroom; how people use them for real-life scenarios dictate how great their leadership skills are. Sposato (2024) also stated that most leaders come from humble beginnings. Through these hardships, leaders know how to navigate problems. It is also important for leaders to have good communication skills.
