Oftentimes, fake links are<br>disguised to look like real websites with only a small difference in its domain name. So, where<br>do we run into fake links? Normally when searching on search engines like google you will not<br>find fake or malicious links. Instead, malicious links are usually sent out in phishing emails that<br>are designed to gain your trust, or make you panic. For example, you might receive an email<br>from Wells Fargo that requests your bank details. The only issue is, it&#8217;s not real, you may not<br>even bank with Wells Fargo. When coming across a fake link, realize that there will be small<br>misspellings in the domain name.
